Send us the passage
Email operations@rentrollbase.com with the post address, the sentence that looks wrong and, if you have one, a source. Please leave tenant names and records out.

What happens next
We read the report and check it against the source. If the post was wrong, we fix it and add a note at the end saying what changed and when.

What the date means
A real change moves the last-checked date. A spelling fix alone does not. No reply time is promised.
